さくらの木のまないた
料理が好きな知人のために、さくらの木でまないたをつくりました。パンをこねるための板です。
厚さ50mmの板を半分の厚さにのこぎりで割いて、鉋で削り、仕上げは紙ヤスリを使いました。ほとんど機械を使わずに、すべての工程を手作業で行いました。鉋がけがすこしは上達したのかな。

Cutting board
I made a cutting board wih Japanese cherry wood for my friend.
He will make bread with this board.
I hand sawed 50mm plank and devided into two.
I Planed the surface with Japanese planer, and sandpapered for finishing.
I didn't use machines in most of the process.
It maybe improve my skill, maybe...
