北欧織りのスツール

京都のギャラリー・モーネンス・コンピスにて開催された『セキユリヲ　北欧でみつけた手づくりの暮らし』展のために、小さなスツールをつくりました。
スウェーデンに古くから伝わる「ローゼンゴン（ばらの道）」という織りの技法で手織りをした、ウールとコットンのファブリックを座面に使用しています。
木部はベニヤとツーバイフォーで使用されるSPF材をビスを用いて構造フレームをつくり、その外側に接着剤とビスにてパインの古材フローリングを取り付けています。
ほぞや難しい仕口はいっさい使っていません。

木部：ラワンベニヤ、SPF材、パイン古材フローリング
　　　蜜蝋ワックス仕上げ。
座面：馬毛ラテックス、ココヤシラテックス、綿、
　　　綿シーチング、ウール・綿手織りファブリック

Stool with nordic weaving fabric

I designed and made stools with a traditional swedish weaving fabric called "Rosengang". The structure frame for the stool are made with veneer and SPF timber using screw, and old pine flooring are put outside the frame using grew and screw. No tenon are used for this stool. Sunday furniture making.

Wood part: veneer, SPF timber, old pine flooring, oil finish
Seat: horse hair latex, palm latex, cotton, wool and cotton "rosengang" fabric
